This hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location near Victoria train station and the central sights of London. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, even assisting with arranging airport transfers. The dining options catered well to our tastes, and the facilities were top-notch. However, I did find the breakfast experience slightly lacking in variety.
